Job Summary

We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, deliver guidance sessions for end-users on software applications, system functionalities, and best practices, and ensure timely resolution of incidents within agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Deliver guidance sessions for end-users on software applications, system functionalities, and best practices.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents within agreed SLAs.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in desktop operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager/Intune platforms.
  • Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
