Job Summary

We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Deliver guidance sessions for end-users on software applications, system functionalities, and best practices.
  • Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager/Intune platforms.
  • Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
