Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in HR and make a real impact. You'll be responsible for administrative tasks, such as on-boarding and off-boarding, maintaining HR files, and reporting on sickness absence.
- You'll work closely with the HR Manager to execute tactical steps essential to the smooth functioning of HR operations
- You'll create, maintain and audit complete and accurate HR files and databases relating to all personal information, employment history, and benefits-related records
- You'll record and report on sickness absence across the employee population
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Administrative or human resources experience involving daily interaction with employees and managers
- Experience working in a complex and fast-paced environment

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, dependant on experience.
