About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to start their career in HR. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and be able to interpret data to inform HR decision-making processes.

  • Administrative management of the complete on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Create, maintain and audit complete and accurate HR files and databases relating to all personal information, employment history, and benefits-related records
  • Record and report on sickness absence across the employee population
  • Enter and update the HR Information System with all employee/employment changes, providing technical support, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making
  • Support local initiatives and projects to raise employee engagement and help make us a Great Place to Work

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, dependant on experience.
