Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled HR Administrator to join our team at DAS UK Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a supportive HR department.

About the Role:
  • This role involves managing administrative activities related to Learning & Development, including new starters/leavers, training records, and learning management systems.
  • You will also oversee Recruitment administrative tasks, such as pre-employment screening and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • An additional responsibility will be tracking budgets for L&D and Recruitment teams, forecasting activity, and managing invoices.
  • Furthermore, you will assist in producing Management Information (MI) reports for the L&D and Recruitment teams.
About You:

We are looking for someone with excellent administration and coordination skills, able to multitask and manage shifting priorities. You should be experienced in planning and organizing tasks, projects, and events. Previous experience in HR/L&D/Recruitment administration would be advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:
  • The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
