Early Years Educational Assistant

About the Role:
Vision for Education is working closely with a large inclusive Primary School in Folkestone to find a dedicated Early Years Educational Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons, supporting pupils with additional needs, and creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
This role involves working as part of a team to provide educational support to children aged 4-11. As an Early Years Educational Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Support pupils with additional needs
- Help create a positive and engaging classroom environment
Requirements:
- HLTA Qualification (level 4 or higher)
- Knowledge of the national curriculum
- Ability to support children with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
