Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Early Years Learning Facilitator to join our team at Folkestone Primary Kindergarten.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide support as a key worker to a group of children within the Kindergarten setting, promoting a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in planning and implementing engaging learning activities, observing and recording children's progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the planning and implementation of curriculum activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
  2. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  3. Assist in observations, assessments, and record-keeping to track children's progress and identify areas for development
Requirements
  • Educational qualifications relevant to early years education (e.g., Level 3 or higher)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Salary Information

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
