Educational Assistant Professional

BeBee Professionals in Folkestone is seeking a motivated and caring Educational Assistant Professional to join our team. As an Educational Assistant Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized support to students with special educational needs.

Job Overview:
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to design and implement tailored support plans for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to address students' learning barriers and promote academic progress.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs to ensure students' unique needs are met.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and educators to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to ensure seamless collaboration and student success.
Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and training.
