Education Assistant Leader

**About the Role:** We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Assistant Leader to join our team. As an Education Assistant Leader, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality education to our students.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of primary school age pupils, promoting a love of learning and encouraging academic excellence.
- Work one-to-one with a child, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
- Contribute to the class team, working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the welfare and safety of all children.
Salary Range: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata) based on qualifications and experience.
Working Hours: 18 hours per week, three days a week, term-time only.
Contract Details: Fixed-term contract, initially until 31st August 2025, with the possibility of extension subject to funding.
