Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Education Intervention Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an Education Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing tailored interventions to support students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess individual student needs and design appropriate intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure coordinated support
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Education or related field
  • Experience in delivering interventions and support services to students
  • Strong understanding of different learning styles and needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
