We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher/ Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at The Education Specialists. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant or a qualified teacher, confident in leading a small team and delivering high-quality provision to the school's most vulnerable children.

The successful candidate will work closely with the SENDCO and KS1 Lead, as well as the partner teacher in the Foundation Hub class, to plan and deliver lessons. The position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work between 3 and 5 days per week, with working days and hours to be agreed upon in alignment with the school's needs.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Motivated and passionate about working with SEND children
  • Confident and able to direct others and take the lead
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Familiar with or have researched the local area and understand the challenges it faces
