Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated psychology graduate to join our team at a mixed-age SEMH school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage challenging behaviour in a supportive and constructive manner.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with students to facilitate pupils' emotional growth and wellbeing.
  • Utilise holistic techniques to address SEMH needs and promote positive outcomes for students.
  • Completion of Team Teach training, highly valuable to effectively support students.

  • Full-time position Monday-Friday, paid on a timesheet basis through Teaching Personnel until the end of the academic year.
