**Drive Business Growth with Our Team**
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at EmPro Consultants Ltd, a leading provider of planned preventative and reactive maintenance services in the southeast of England.
This is a hybrid role that requires one day of office presence per week. As part of our growth strategy, you will focus on identifying new business partners, securing lucrative contracts, and nurturing client relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
- Engaging with key stakeholders, including end-users, facilities managers, customer managing agents, and specifiers, to showcase our services and close deals at operational and board levels.
- Building and expanding a robust network of contacts within the marketplace, continually seeking out new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Estimating Team and colleagues to ensure seamless processing of enquiries, conducting thorough site surveys, and preparing accurate asset schedules for pricing.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:**
- A proven track record as a Business Development Manager within the Hard Services sector.
- Strong expertise in estimating and pricing jobs, combined with a high level of technical and commercial acumen.
- The ability to generate revenue through proactive sales prospecting and effective client development.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer:**
- A competitive basic salary: £55,000-£60,000 Per Annum.
- Company car or car allowance.
- 25 Days holidays per year, plus bank holidays.
