Business Growth Specialist

The successful candidate will work alongside a Business Development Manager to generate qualified leads through various channels, ensuring a solid pipeline for the BDM. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales calls to prospective or lapsed clients
- Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a strong pipeline
- Confidently use different methods for generating leads (cold calls / email / social media / events etc)
- Book meetings for the business development team
- Understand customers' needs and tailor services accordingly
- Update customers about new launches and record reactions
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have outbound lead generation experience and be familiar with using different methods to generate leads. A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with performance-based bonuses.
