We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Reed, a leading recruitment agency. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Manage employee records, including tracking training and certifications.
  • Communicate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters, such as contracts, benefits, and company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee absences, sick leave, and timekeeping.
  • Respond to HR inquiries and provide support to employees and management.
  • Attend HR meetings and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
