Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Interim HR Advisor. This is a contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to management and employees on a range of issues, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and reducing legal risks.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage HR projects, including the roll-out of new programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Adept at prioritising and managing time effectively.
