We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at BFV Service GmbH. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our Supported Living services in Stroud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to our clients
- Develop and implement positive behaviour support plans to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Conduct supervisions and appraisals to support staff development and performance
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and local authority procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager/Service/Team Manager within Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of local authority procedures and safeguarding
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver high-quality services
