We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at BFV Service GmbH. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our Supported Living services in Stroud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to our clients
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Conduct supervisions and appraisals to support staff development and performance
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and local authority procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager/Service/Team Manager within Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local authority procedures and safeguarding
  • Ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver high-quality services
