About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Adult Community Services team in London. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Manager/Deputy Service Manager in ensuring that all regulatory and legislative requirements are met.
  • Lead and promote good practice, the health, safety, and wellbeing of the people we support.
  • Responsible for nurturing and inspiring staff to provide high-quality care and support services.
  • Ensure that risk assessments are completed and updated regularly.
  • Make full use of Hft systems to support the team and individuals.
