Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support the company's growth.
  • Talent Retention and Engagement: Develop strategies for talent retention, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure the company's HR policies and practices are in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, and other perks.
  • Health and Safety: Work closely with the Health & Safety team to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a food manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.

Salary up to £55k + Benefits.
