As an Enablement Support Specialist, you will work closely with our Enablement Team to provide support and enable individuals to achieve their goals and maximize their independence.

You will be responsible for delivering planned support with aspects of daily living, including personal care, and working collaboratively with a structured team to include the Enablement Locality Organiser, Enablement Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapist, and various multi-agency partners.

  • An empathetic and caring approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working with a diverse range of people and challenging situations
  • Skills to empower individuals to reach their personal goals and maximize their independence
  • Ability to travel across the required geographical area
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to the fast-changing business needs
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of computer-based systems
  • Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to your own development
