Role Details:
We are seeking a skilled Enablement Support Worker to join our team at Kent County Council. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing support and enabling them to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned support to individuals, promoting independence and reducing long-term care needs.
- Work collaboratively with a structured team, including Enablement Locality Organisers, Supervisors, Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists.
- Empower individuals to reach their personal goals, maximising their independence and autonomy.
- Travel across the required geographical area, adapting to fast-changing business needs.
- Maintain a basic knowledge and understanding of computer-based systems, with a willingness to learn and develop.
