About the Job

We are looking for a Director of Technology and Customer Experience to lead our Brighton, MI location. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a managerial role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Salary Range:

$42,000 - $52,000 per year
