Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Skipton Building Society. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch, providing a welcoming and helpful service.
  • Proactively contact customers over the phone to identify and discuss their needs.
  • Education customers on a range of products and services, as well as the different communication channels they can use to engage with us directly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, while ensuring vulnerable customers are identified and supported appropriately.
  • Adhere to and understand the appropriate policies, standards, controls, and limits of authority applicable to your role.
