Sales Expansion Manager

We are a specialist recruitment consultancy focused on the supply of temporary, contract, and permanent placements across a select group of business sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the cleaning industry.
This individual will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and exceptional negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities in the cleaning sector and book appointments.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives, expanding the client base and increasing revenue streams.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the company's services and value propositions.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively address client needs and challenges.
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel across the region.
