Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategic plans, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including holiday trading, retail discounts, life assurance, medical services, wellness programs, fitness classes, and more. A bonus/commission scheme is also available.
