About the Position

In this role, you'll work as a Customer Service and Administration Trainee, supporting our office team and developing your skills in customer service, administration, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Managing office procedures and processes.
  • Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
