About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our professional and technical officers, as well as dealing with the public and ensuring high standards of quality and customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline team response to incoming calls, dealing efficiently and effectively with callers, and taking messages as appropriate.
  • Deal with unhappy customers and difficult situations in an effective manner on a regular basis.
  • Undertake a range of business administrative functions, including maintaining databases, systems, and manual records.
  • Compose briefings, letters, and service information as required, typing official documents and orders, and issuing invoices.
  • Carry out financial transactions using corporate systems, cash handling, and recording incoming payments.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
  • Show commitment to equality of opportunity in employment and service delivery.
  • Possess high-levels in the usage of IT databases, applications, and document management systems.
  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages or equivalent.
  • Have attention to detail and accuracy in the entry and retrieval of data.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
