Customer Service and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Premier Recruitment Group.
About the JobThis is a temporary, full-time position for one month in an office-based setting. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to our Customer Service Supply Chain and Logistics Team.
The hourly rate for this role is £13 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- General administration duties
- Scanning and online filing of orders
- Shredding of scanned documents
- Supporting the team with export documentation
- Checking ASN receipts for orders dispatched
- Shipping confirmations for invoicing on JDE
- Assisting the team with raising sales orders on JOE as required
- Providing customer service support
- Maintaining the order mailbox and other general administration processes
- Candidate must be customer-focused
- Problem-solving skills are essential
- Adaptability is necessary
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Must work well as a team member
- Capable of dealing with customers
- Experienced in delivering excellent customer service
- Order processing expertise
- Familiarity with ERP System (JDE)
- Basic knowledge of Windows data files
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail: Precise handling of all documentation and order entry into company ERP
£1,560 - £1,920 per month (based on 30 hours/week at £13/hour)
