About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a high standard of service by telephone and via correspondence.

Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer queries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence and providing administrative support.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be highly organized, able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries, resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence and providing administrative support.

Estimated Salary:

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
