Job Description
This role requires an organized and detail-focused individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support various departments with administrative tasks. As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at DCA Recruitment, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the outset. Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, registering applicant/client details, chasing rent arrears, uploading documents to our CRM system, processing supplier payments, and providing administrative support to other teams.
