Job Description
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client information and scheme members, ensuring the client database and website are current and comprehensive.
  • Communicating effectively with scheme members and clients, responding to general telephone enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • No prior pensions experience is necessary, but previous office experience is beneficial in this role.
