About the Role

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the financial strategy and growth of the business. You will work closely with the company founder and CEO to make strategic and operational decisions, and will be heavily involved in the development of the finance function.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to influence and drive the business forward, with a hands-on approach to financial detail and a passion for adding value. Manufacturing experience is highly desirable, and you will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
