Belzona UK Ltd an authorised Distributor of Belzona products in the United Kingdom, is looking for a Bookkeeper. This position will be predominantly working within our brand-new facility based in Hawarden (Flintshire).

Belzona is a global leader in the design and manufacture of polymeric repair composites and protective coatings for machinery, equipment, buildings and structures. The business in the UK has a strong standing in industrial sectors including the water and wastewater and renewables sectors.

**The role**:
You will be an integral member of the team, ensuring that accurate financial records are maintained, financial transactions are promptly and accurately processed and that the company’s assets are safeguarded.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining the purchase ledger, ensuring payments are raised timely and recorded in Zoho and resolving supplier queries.
- Reconciliation of company credit cards and ensuring costs are correctly allocated.
- Reconcile stock invoices to stock receipts.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with financial year end and annual audit.
- Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Ad-hoc tasks and duties as required.

**Experience & qualifications**:

- AAT level 4 or qualified by experience.
- Good Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player, able to prioritise work and multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated, be able to take ownership.
- Experience of ZOHO preferable, but not essential, full training will be provided.
