At Enriched Financial Services, the role of an Administrator is to provide support to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in order to provide clients with a professional and seamless ongoing Financial Planning experience. Key responsibilities include:

- Being the first point of contact for clients and dealing with their query if possible
- Coordinating and scheduling annual review meetings with clients.
- Help meet deadlines, customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Keeping accurate records of the meetings and any follow-up actions and passing to the relevant team if follow up work is needed.
- Managing client database/maintaining CRM system
- Gathering and preparing all necessary documents and information for the meetings including the production of Annual review packs.
- Any other ad hoc administration as required by the team.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in the financial industry and has a good understanding of financial planning and investment concepts. (not essential but desired)
- Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently.
- IT Literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
