Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological services to young people aged 14-25 who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support young people with mental health difficulties, such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, MBT, and Family Therapy.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to young people and their families.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Supervise and train junior staff members, including trainee clinical psychologists.
- Participate in service development and improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided to young people.
- Post-graduate degree in clinical psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
- Registration as a practitioner psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of working with complex and challenging behaviors, exercising full clinical responsibility for psychological treatment.
- Experience of representing psychology within multidisciplinary teams (clinical and organizational contexts).
