About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join our team at Dalcour Maclaren. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our projects across Infrastructure and Utilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, coordination, and data analysis on a range of exciting projects
  • Deliver reports and support document control, including minute taking and preparation of team presentations
  • Prepare up-to-date compliance documents for our clients
  • Aid the financial management, including invoicing and assist with delivering monthly reports
  • Understand the day-to-day running and logistics of the team, from smooth delivery of meetings to diary management
  • Assist with general office and facilities management
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives, and events
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized and proactive approach to day-to-day tasks
  • Great IT skills and confidence with Microsoft Suite
  • Good numeracy skills and financial understanding
  • Keen problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Appetite to learn and develop
