Job Title: Stores & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores & Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Stores area, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and stored.
  • Unpack and inspect deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Liaise with various departments, including Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Update our ERP systems daily to ensure accurate inventory levels and tracking.

Requirements:

  • A strong blend of IQ and EQ, with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a regulated or complex stores/inventory management environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and IT skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, who is able to work effectively in a range of teams.
