Financial Operations Coordinator

ARV Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join their finance division in Cirencester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  • Process employee expenses and credit card expenditure
  • Produce weekly payment runs
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date supplier records
  • Post other bank transactions

Requirements:

  • Strong IT and Excel skills
  • Must be numerate, literate, and have good communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own time
  • Driven to ensure tasks are seen through to completion
  • Experience of large volume transactions, data, invoices, etc.
