About the Role
This exciting opportunity is available for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales, margin and profit performance
- Grow existing customer base while providing exceptional service to an existing customer list
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments
- Perform regular reporting and administration tasks
- Represent the company brand to customers
Requirements
- Prior experience as a high-performing professional in a competitive and fast-paced sales role
- Industry knowledge and a sound understanding of market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude;
- An ability to deliver outstanding service and build great relationships
- A self-motivated approach and strong follow-through on customers' requests
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and exceptional time management skills

Our company is a fourth-generation, family-owned Australian business supplying a wide range of quality timber and building supplies for over 127 years. We operate across 16 stores throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria and sell more than 30,000 products online through our ecommerce website.
