About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our London office's human resources operations. As the cornerstone of our local HR team, you will ensure alignment with our global HR strategy while delivering local excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented HR professional to drive recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and key HR projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the globe to implement and localize our HR strategy, oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, and act as the primary contact for employees on matters such as benefits, payroll, and workplace policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with global HR teams to implement and localize our HR strategy.
  • Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for employees on matters such as benefits, payroll, and workplace policies.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage payroll, pensions, and benefits for the London office in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of HR policies and procedures to support business growth.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Drive the implementation of global DEI strategies through impactful local activities.
  • Global Collaboration: Lead London-specific HR projects while contributing to global initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within an international organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
