Job Description

Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This key role will focus on developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability for Suntory's GB&I brands in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Management
    • Develop deep understanding of market dynamics and customer strategies to identify opportunities for Suntory's GB&I brands.
    • Buid bespoke customer plans to execute commercial calendar objectives.
  • Execution
    • Work with marketing, trade marketing, and RGM teams to develop execution plans that maximize impact for Suntory's GB&I brands.
    • Deliver execution across customer groups at outlet level through field sales.
    • Recruit and retain top talent at KAM and KAE levels.
    • Build high technical capability within the team through coaching.
    • Deliver customer volume, net sales, and GP targets.
    • Evaluate execution spend to ensure ROI is met.
  • Requirements
    • Commercial experience in account management and senior leadership roles within customer teams.
    • Comprehensive understanding of marketing, shopper marketing, category management, supply chain, and financial management.
    • Strong commercial acumen to build strategically sound proposals.
    • Deep understanding of financial management of manufacturer/customer relationships.
    • Solid experience working in FMCG industry.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
