Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring a Human Resources Business Development Manager to develop and implement human resources solutions that support business objectives and strategic goals. In this role, you will analyze human resources data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service quality and cost effectiveness.
You will also drive talent development processes to ensure employees' capabilities meet current and future standards. This includes identifying talent development needs, working with Global Human Resources Business Partner and Training Business Partner to ensure availability of employee development, and facilitating seamless execution and coordination of duties aligned to development of employees and managers.
Key skills required for this role include demonstrating integrity in all business interactions, working knowledge of human resources functional Centers of Expertise, creative problem-solving, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage complex tasks while having the end-to-end process in mind.
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in a progressive HR Business Partnering role, a proven track record of forging positive consultative relationships with all levels, and a Bachelor's degree or Master's qualification.
