We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food France.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a customer growth strategy that aligns with Suntory's commercial plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer plans and achieve commercial objectives.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on customer performance and growth opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in customer development and growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
