We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Canon Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our B2B Service & Support organization across DRBG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the DRBG Service and Support Strategy & MTP in alignment with the B2B Director.
- Collaborate with in-country service managers/directors and country B2B heads to align best practices.
- Support local entities (RSO) to deliver expected levels of services and support to customers.
- Develop digital tools to enhance transparency and efficiency of the service organization.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of services business and people management capabilities.
- Good stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
