We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Restart Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of business operations and setting strategic goals for the future.
">- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for collaboration leading to performance improvement in own and others' contracts.
- You will assess current practices and procedures, making recommendations for improvements.
- You will manage all contracts within a pre-determined financial budget, as well as managing Profit and Loss and monthly financial forecasting.
What You'll Get
As a Business Operations Manager with Seetec Business Technology Centre, you can expect a competitive salary range of £36,000 to £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience), along with excellent benefits:

Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive leadership and management experience
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above
- Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include 365 products and modern digital technologies
- Extensive experience of working in a target driven environment
- Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
