Regional Development Officer

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Officer to join our team at Osborne Richardson. As a Regional Development Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring the effective management and implementation of Section 106 (s106) agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Town and Country Planning Act and knowledge of local government planning processes. They will also be familiar with s106 agreements and CIL regulations.
The role is expected to start as soon as possible and will initially run until the end of March 2025. Our client offers hybrid working arrangements.
About the Client:
Our client is a local authority in the South West of England.
Salary and Benefits:
The client is offering £35 per hour Umbrella. The role is inside IR35.
