The Peninsula London is seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Executive to deliver unparalleled guest experiences. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for crafting personalized moments that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tailored experiences for guests, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest concerns and provide exceptional service recovery.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through strategic room upselling and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Guest Experience Executives, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office Operations within a luxury international property.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex guest issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language proficiency, with expertise in a second language a plus.
