About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in providing specialist nursing support and advice, as well as supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Manage time effectively and keep meaningful records
  • Communicate with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner
