About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, exceeding professional standards and statutory requirements.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide exceptional care.

We are looking for an individual with a background in person-centered care planning within a care home setting, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide exceptional care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
