About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. You will also need to be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. Additionally, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues, and be able to recognise the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
